Kaam Paao is built on one thing: trust. A referral only means something if the person making it is honest and the platform holding it is trustworthy. So we hold ourselves to that same standard. This page explains, plainly, how we look after you and your information.

Your data is yours, and it is protected

Your résumé is stored privately, not published or made browsable by other users. Your personal details are used only to run the platform, to match you to relevant openings and to let the right people follow a referral. We use secured, industry-standard infrastructure and access rules so that people only see what they are meant to see. You can read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not hand it to advertisers or recruiters for their own use. This is a firm commitment. Our job is to connect people through trusted referrals, not to trade in their data.

We are honest about what we are

Kaam Paao is an early-stage platform, and we are straightforward about that. We do not display fake reviews, invented statistics, or testimonials that did not happen. When we say something works a certain way, it does. We would rather grow slowly on real trust than quickly on anything false.

You are in control

You can view and edit your information at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and your data whenever you want, by emailing hello@kaampaao.com. A real person will handle it.
