Who checks companies before they can post?
A real person at Kaam Paao reviews every application by hand: a work email at your own company domain, your name, and your role. No anonymous or unverified company can post a role.
How does the matching work?
When you post a role, we score every candidate on Kaam Paao against it by skills, title, and experience, and show you the best fits. A candidate with a real referral vouching for them is ranked first.
What is a 'vouch'?
A vouch is a real referral: someone who already works at a company put their own track record behind introducing that candidate. It is attached to the candidate's profile before you ever see it.
How do I contact a candidate?
Shortlist them from their matched-candidates page, and you can message them directly and see their contact details once shortlisted.
