About Ayush
Ayush Yaduvanshi is the founder of Kaam Paao, a referral-first job platform in India. He is the only founder. He started building Kaam Paao in June 2026 and launched it publicly on 17 August 2026.
Before Kaam Paao, Ayush worked in brand strategy and marketing. He worked at Wipro and at vCommission, and then at Koozo Commerce, where he helped scale more than ten D2C brands. In October 2026 he left his job to work on Kaam Paao full time.
Why he started Kaam Paao
In India, a large share of good jobs are filled through referrals. But referrals mostly go to people who already know someone inside the company. Ayush started Kaam Paao to change that: anyone should be able to get a fair, tracked referral, and the people who refer should get credit for it.
How he builds it
Ayush is not a traditional engineer. He builds Kaam Paao himself, using AI coding tools, and ships improvements every week.
The day before launch, he walked around with printed Kaam Paao posters and spoke to around 500 people face to face. After launch, his short videos about referrals were watched hundreds of thousands of times, and people started signing up from there.
