Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kaam Pao collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details — your email and the role you sign up as. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
• Profile information — what you choose to add: name, title, skills, experience, links, and any résumé or photo you upload.
• Activity — the applications you make, referrals you send or receive, and basic usage needed to run the service.

How we use it

• To run the platform: profiles, matching, applications, referrals.
• To notify you about things that matter — a referral, a status change.
• To keep the network trustworthy and prevent abuse.

What we share

Your profile is visible to other signed-in members as part of how the product works — for example, a company can see a candidate, and a referrer can introduce someone. Your résumé is private and shared only when you apply or are referred. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security so people only see what they’re allowed to.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile any time in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us. We’ll honor it.
