By creating an account or using Kaam Pao, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Kaam Pao is

Kaam Pao is a trusted talent network. Professionals build verified profiles, companies post roles, and referrers introduce people they trust. We connect these parties and track introductions from start to hire — we are not the employer and we don’t make hiring decisions.

Your account

• Keep your login secure and your information accurate.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use Kaam Pao.

Acceptable use

Be honest. Refer only people you actually know and would vouch for. Don’t misrepresent identity or experience, scrape the platform, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break this.

Referrals and rewards

A referral is an introduction, not a guarantee of an interview or a hire. In the current stage Kaam Pao does notpay monetary rewards for referrals; the value is the introduction, the result, and your track record. If we introduce rewards later, we’ll publish clear terms first.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You grant us permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” while we build. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can’t guarantee outcomes like a hire or an offer.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give you a heads-up.
