Success fee

A success fee applies to any candidate your company hires who was sourced through Kaam Paao: introduced to your company, or who applied, through the platform. The fee amount and payment terms will be set out here before this page goes final.

What counts as a Kaam Paao hire

A hire is considered sourced through the platform when the candidate was surfaced to your company through Kaam Paao, whether or not the final offer or onboarding happens off-platform. Exact scoping (time window, re-hires, prior relationships) will be defined here.

Account review

Every company account is manually reviewed before activation. Kaam Paao may decline or later suspend an account that misrepresents who it is or what it is hiring for.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. A change that affects what your company already agreed to will be versioned, and material changes will be communicated before they apply to an existing account.
