I am a project coordination and operations professional with experience in project execution, operations management, tendering, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and process improvement. Currently working as an Operations Head, I manage project workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and focus on improving operational efficiency, cost control, and service delivery. With a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and hands-on experience in web development, I bring a combination of technical understanding, business operations, and project management skills. I have also contributed to a published work on Agile Leadership and Project Management. I enjoy solving operational challenges, streamlining workflows, building tracking dashboards, and improving team productivity through structured processes and digital tools. I am eager to contribute to an organization where I can take ownership, solve problems, and grow in project management, PMO, business operations, or IT operations.
