Job Description – Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Industry: Life Insurance – BFSI Job Location: G-Corp, Kasarvadavli, Ghodbunder Road, Thane Employment Type: Full-Time, On Company Payroll Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Day Shift Salary: ₹20,000–₹29,000 In-hand + Performance-Based Incentives Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Job Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers. * Generate qualified leads for life insurance products. * Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities. * Explain basic product information and create customer interest. * Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records. * Schedule appointments or connect interested prospects with the field sales team. * Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports. * Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets. Eligibility Criteria * Graduates preferred; freshers can also apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable with outbound calling. * Basic computer knowledge. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Prior experience in telecalling, BPO or customer engagement is an advantage.
