This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates who enjoy communicating with people, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed decisions about health insurance. No prior insurance experience is required. Complete training is provided from scratch. Key Responsibilities- 1. Understand customers' needs and help them navigate health insurance options. 2. Explain insurance products and their features clearly. 3. Address customer queries and help customers make informed decisions. 4. Build trust through honest, transparent, and empathetic conversations. Eligibility Criteria - 1. Freshers and candidates without prior work experience are welcome. 2. Proficiency in English and any one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
