I handle MIS reporting along with attendance, payroll, inventory management, and interview coordination, so I’m comfortable working across data, operations, and people processes. I hold a BCA from CCSU, Meerut, and I’m currently building my skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis, with the goal of moving into a Data Analyst role. I enjoy turning messy data into clear, usable reports that help teams make decisions.
