I enjoy mapping processes in BPMN, gathering requirements, and using SQL, Power BI and Excel to find what’s working and what isn’t. At GS Groups, I used SQL to re-contact past enquiries that never enrolled and built a partnership plan that converted 39% of 108 leads. Earlier, I built KPI dashboards that lifted conversion by 20%.
