I’m a training and quality coaching professional with 2+ years in a remote-first InsurTech, plus 5+ years of structured communication training before that. At Ditto Insurance, I built the training and coaching function for the health advisory team as it grew from 25 to 70+ advisors, writing the onboarding curriculum, coaching frameworks and learning materials. I use insights from 4,500+ reviewed interactions to decide what to teach next, and I act as the advisory team’s sign-off stakeholder for SOP changes. I’m looking for remote enablement, training and coaching roles where I can build programs that help teams perform better.
Looking for
I’m looking for a full-time, remote role in enablement, training or coaching, ideally with a global company. I want to design onboarding and learning programs, write the SOPs and playbooks teams rely on, and coach people to perform better, working with internal teams rather than in client-facing or audit-style roles. I’m comfortable working across time zones, and I enjoy owning a function end to end, as I have at Ditto. Roles like Enablement Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, Onboarding or Training Program Specialist, and Quality Coach are a great fit.
