Is Kaam Paao free?
Yes, and it stays free. There is nothing to pay if you are looking for work, and nothing to pay if you refer someone.
How do I get referred for a job?
Build your profile with your real skills, experience and résumé. When someone who works at a hiring company posts a role they can refer for, we show them the people whose skills fit it. You do not apply to anything. If one of them picks you, you get a notification.
Who are the referrers?
People who already work at a company that is hiring. They post only the openings they can genuinely refer for, and every referral they make is tracked, so their record is built on real outcomes rather than claims.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Naukri?
On a job board you apply and then wait. Here there is no apply button at all. A real person puts their own name behind your introduction, and the referral is tracked from the first intro through to the hire, so the credit goes to the person who actually helped you.
What happens after I am referred?
You and the person who referred you can both follow the referral as it moves along, so neither of you is left guessing. The two of you can also see each other's email and LinkedIn so you can follow up directly. Your phone number is never shared.
