I am a recent Human Resource Management graduate with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, and HR Operations. I enjoy connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities while continuously learning and growing in the HR domain. Currently, I am working as an IT Recruiter Intern, where I manage the end-to-end recruitment process. My responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, screening and evaluating profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Alongside my internship, I have served as the HR Head at MANAS (The Mental Health Advocacy Cell of CVS), where I gained practical exposure to HR operations, team management, employee engagement, and organizational coordination. Also I served as the Corporate Relations Head in Vociferous Vocational (The Vocational Society of CVS), I collaborated with companies for sponsorships, built corporate partnerships, and strengthened my skills in professional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
