I'm a Solution Engineer at Nokia with 2.5+ years of experience working across telecom platforms, cloud-native environments, and technical problem-solving. My experience includes MMTEL, PGW, One NDS, and Trigger Proxy, along with hands-on work with Kubernetes, Helm, VMware, Linux/RHEL/Ubuntu, and containerized telecom environments. A significant part of my work involves understanding complex technical issues across the application, infrastructure, and network layers — from deployment and integration challenges to customer issue investigation, troubleshooting, and RCA. I've also worked with engineering/L4 teams, supported technical validation, and participated in technical demonstrations and PoT activities. What interests me most is the intersection between technology and customer problems: understanding what the customer is trying to achieve, determining the technical approach, validating the solution, and communicating it clearly. I'm currently building toward Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, and Technical Consulting roles where I can combine hands-on engineering experience with customer engagement and solution thinking. Technology is only useful when it solves the right problem.
