Most people see a spreadsheet and think "data." I see a story waiting to be told. I'm Rudra — a Data Analyst with a full-stack development background, based in New Delhi. I bridge the gap between raw, messy data and the clear business decisions that data should enable. Over the past year, I've built end-to-end analytics and MIS reporting solutions using SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn), Power BI, and Excel — from writing complex JOIN and aggregation queries on real company databases to designing the dashboards and reports that get shared in management meetings. Here's what I've actually built: → Analysed 200,000+ Airbnb listings and reviews across 10 cities — built a multi-page Power BI dashboard with 10 DAX measures covering pricing, occupancy, and review-score KPIs, with drill-down by region and city. → Ran EDA on a customer subscription dataset to identify churn drivers — contract type, tenure, monthly charges — and built correlation heatmaps and distribution plots in Python to turn the findings into retention recommendations. → Analysed 10,000+ e-commerce order records to surface monthly sales trends, profit margins, and category performance, with visualisations to support inventory and promotion decisions. → At Expo Machine Tools (Software Developer Intern, Data & Reporting), I queried client and employee databases in SQL, built the weekly/monthly MIS reports using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP that managers relied on, and built backend API routes connecting the database layer to the frontend for internal reporting tools. → Certified in GenAI Powered Data Analytics (Tata, 2026) and SQL Intermediate (HackerRank). What makes me different from most analysts is my software engineering foundation — I understand how data is generated at the source, not just how to query it after the fact. I spot data quality issues earlier, write cleaner queries, and communicate better with engineering teams. I'm not just looking for a job.
