I am an aspiring Human Resources and Business Operations professional with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in Human Resource Management. My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in technology, business management, and human resources, while my internship experiences have enabled me to apply these concepts in real-world business environments.I began my professional journey as an HR Intern at Bank of Baroda, where I gained practical exposure to HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding support, HR administration, and process coordination.
