I currently manage accounting activities for a portfolio of five U.S. properties, including monthly bank reconciliations, budget reviews, financial statements, cash books, accounts payable, escrow, insurance and reserve accounts. I also handle accruals, prepaid insurance, property expenses, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring accurate and audit-ready financial records.
Looking for
I’m looking for an end-to-end property accounting role where I can use my current experience and take ownership of the complete accounting process. I’m particularly interested in responsibilities such as bank reconciliations, AP, financial reporting, budgeting, month-end close, accruals, prepaid expenses, cash books, and managing property-related accounts. I’m open to hybrid or remote opportunities and am also willing to relocate for the right position.
