I got into ML somewhat by accident — started with a Python course to pad my resume, ended up genuinely hooked once I built my first model that actually predicted something right. Since then I've worked through some oddly specific problems: figuring out what predicts fertilization success in clinical data, teaching a model to catch fraudulent transactions (0.985 ROC-AUC, still proud of that one), forecasting demand across 77 fulfillment centers. Nothing glamorous, just a lot of cleaning messy data, testing models that don't work until one does, and slowly getting less bad at this. Final-year AI/ML student at MLRIT, Hyderabad, still learning something new most weeks.
Looking for
An internship or entry-level role where I can own a real problem end-to-end — raw data to something people actually use. No domain preference. Python, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, Power BI. Based in Hyderabad, open to remote.
